Since September 2019 – Director of European and International Action at the Ministries of Ecological Transition and Sea – Paris (France)
Responsible for monitoring European and international policies falling within the scope of the ministry: environment, energy, transport, climate, maritime issues In these areas: implementation of political orientations, negotiation of European legislative proposals (Green deal) and international texts (climate, biodiversity, desertification conventions, ANUE, G7-G20, etc.).
Between 2015 and 2019, he was Deputy Secretary General to the General Secretariat for European Affairs, Prime Minister’s office – Paris (France).
Responsible for monitoring European policies under Coreper I, in particular: agriculture, environment, energy-climate, digital, health, social issues, education, culture, transport, regional policy, research, space, industry. In these areas: definition of the French position, treatment of infringement procedures, preparation of political arbitrations. Responsible for international issues under FAO and Codex Alimentarius (food, agriculture, environment, health)
Between 2010 and 2015, he was coordinator of the sustainable development team and negotiating advisor at the Permanent Representation of France to the European Union – Brussels (Belgium).
Especially, representative of France in the negotiating groups at the Council on European texts in the land and intermodal transport sectors, defense of French positions with the European institutions.
